What is 3D stereoscopic hand-carved leather?
It is through hand tools that leather is shaped, carved, dyed and sewn! This traditional leather art technique makes flat leather present a three-dimensional effect with distinct layers and heights, thus restoring the true texture and spatial sense of your pet. Its core features lie in "manual operation" and "three-dimensional presentation", which are different from the flat leather carving that only does line engraving, and can make leather works more touchable and visually striking.
What kind of leather do you use?
The outer ring of each Little Kimi product is made of Italian vegetable-tanned cowhide, while the inner ring is made of Japanese Tochigi vegetable-tanned cowhide. Both types of leather are tanned with plant tannins, free of harmful chemicals, skin-friendly, and naturally degradable. We will customize it based on your pet's photo to ensure that each piece is unique, just like your pet.

Yes, we offer internationally recognized express delivery services that can transport goods to all over the world.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each Little Kimi product is handmade, this process takes time. Our current estimated turnaround time is 2-3 weeks (during which we will provide you with one-on-one service consultation), and there is an additional 7 to 15 working days for shipping, depending on your location. After placing an order, how can I modify it?
If you wish to modify your order (including adding or removing items) after placing it, please contact us within 24 hours. We will then recreate your order based on your most up-to-date requests，We cannot guarantee any changes beyond this time frame.
